SELF-STARTER
self-starter is for artists who prefer a do-it-yourself approach. you want to soak in the knowledge, but apply the work yourself. we give you the guidance, suggest the course, but you execute. we stay with you to make sure things go right, but nothing is done for you.
everything included
1x/mo consultation calls. we help you refine your roadmap, and check in to make sure things are progressing.
development. We assess where you are, and where you want to go, then give you an outline of areas to focus on to get there.
distribution. We set up your releases through our label-powered distro platform. you create the plan, you pitch the songs.
marketing. We teach you the basics of marketing: when to do it, how much to spend, and review your campaigns.
touring. we teach you the basics of proper tour strategy, outreach, and growth. we do not book anything for you.
Co-Pilot
co-pilot is for artists who want an extra member on their team. instead of giving you the directions for the journey, we are drawing the map with you. we aren’t suggesting, but telling you what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. or, sometimes, we just do it for you.

2x/mo action calls. we build the game plan and check in twice a month to make sure you’re on track and not missing tasks.
development. We are actively involved in giving you tasks to ensure you are on the right path toward your goals.
distribution. We set up your release plan, submit your releases, ensure the metadata is correct, and submit priority drivers for editorial playlists.
Marketing. we create and manage all aspects of your marketing for you, and show you what the numbers on the reports mean.
touring. we create your touring strategy, book the dates, send out the contracts, and collect the payments for you.

■ OUR STORY
standout artists was born from our previous company “standout agency”…
which launched in 2019 as a marketing & pr company.
standout was originally created as a sister company to our RECORD LABEL THEORIA RECORDS WITH the goal OF offerING a-la-carte services to artists that needed help, but EITHER WEREN’T READY FOR A LABEL, OR DIDN’T NEED ONE.
over the years, the scope of work that we did evolved with our clients’ needs. we added SERVICES, and took SERVICES away, until it became clear that it was time for a change in the overall focus of the company.
in 2026 we dropped “agency” from the name…
and replaced it with “artists” to more accurately reflect where our focus is… on you.
from the beginning standout has been a company created by artists, for artists. we aren’t suits in a high rise bragging about all the cool things we’ve done.
we’re artists in our studios who like to brag about all the cool things we get to help you do.

There is no strict term to either program. It’s designed to be a monthly program for as long as you need it. We are here to help you reach your goals - we don’t want to be in the way once you get there.

Development focuses on preparation - transforming your raw talent, branding, and strategy into a structured, highly professional brand.
Management handles replication - taking that finished brand and leveraging it to secure major label deals, sponsorships, and high-ticket opportunities.
Development gets you ready for the industry; Management makes you a player within it.

The success of this program highly depends on you. We can’t guarantee specific metrics, tours, playlists, or anything of that nature because all of those end results are out of our control.
We do guarantee that we will do our work. If we don’t, you can leave without any questions asked.
